Releases ant-node code already on main at version: 0.14.3.

  • bumps [package].version in the root Cargo.toml
  • regenerates Cargo.lock

Once merged, the release tag will be pushed on the merged main commit
to fire the release workflow:

  • v<version> publishes ant-node to crates.io AND builds the ant-node
binary GitHub release. That release becomes "latest" and drives the
running fleet's auto-upgrader — tag only after explicit approval.
