Name collision - Disambiguation

Hi Marcin,

I was just notified about your Padre project.
When you picked the name you probably have not noticed another project called Padre that has been around for several years. It would be nice if you could add a README file to the Github repo that clarifies the projects are not related.
For example something like this.

Disambiguation
This project has no relation to Padre, the Perl IDE that lives at http://padre.perlide.org/

I thought to fork and send you a pull request but then my Github followers
could be even more confused.
