Adding ItsPaint to Photo and Graphic Tools, alphabetically between Inkscape and Krita.

masterwith no new branch, per the trunk-based note in the README.ItsPaint is a native macOS paint and screenshot markup app. Universal binary, so full native Apple silicon support rather than Rosetta: every release ships one build containing both slices, which you can check on any download with
lipo -archs /Applications/ItsPaint.app/Contents/MacOS/ItsPaint→x86_64 arm64.MIT licensed, source, Swift 6 with no third-party dependencies, notarised and stapled, and free on the Mac App Store. 2.9 MB.
