Summary
Adds a short License section to the README that links to the existing
GPL and LGPL license text files in the repository root.
Motivation
During an audit with RepoScope,
the license files were identified as using non-standard filenames.
Although
gpl.txtandlgpl-3.0.txtare already present, the READMEdoes not point users to them.
Adding their locations to the README makes the applicable licensing
information easier to discover.
Changes
gpl.txtlgpl-3.0.txtNo source code or license text was changed.
