Use canonical app icon across QueueScope v0.1.1

What changed

• Replaced the CSS-drawn brand approximations in the command center, side panel, boot state, and Queue Lab with the packaged transparent QueueScope icon.
• Added unpacked-extension assertions for the canonical 128x128 icon asset and stable side-panel screenshot geometry.
• Regenerated and manually reviewed all seven repository screenshots.
• Bumped the public-ready package to v0.1.1 and generated a verified release checksum.

Why

The README displayed the canonical PNG while application screenshots showed independent CSS approximations with different geometry. Small-size resampling made those approximations look distorted and inconsistent with the app icon.

Impact

All visible QueueScope surfaces now use one source of truth for the brand mark. The tracked screenshots, documentation, manifest, and packaged build are synchronized to v0.1.1.
