Outcome

Turns the private showcase repository into a functional, public-ready Manifest V3 alpha while keeping the implementation retailer-neutral.

Included

  • local-first schedule, rule, state, storage, alarm, tab-preservation, notification, and generated-audio core
  • command center, side panel, watch builder, recurring/passive watches, copy/delete/auto-start controls, Queue Lab, settings, and activity ledger
  • monotonic queue/challenge navigation lock, prior-queue admission guard, durable absolute ETA, position extraction, and non-discardable locked tabs
  • optional per-origin access with no cookies, history, analytics, backend, or remote code
  • MIT license, CI, release packaging, security/privacy/architecture docs, and browser-generated screenshots

Validation

  • npm run check: pass
  • unit tests: 26/26
  • production MV3 artifact verifier: pass (20 files)
  • unpacked-extension Chromium E2E: pass
  • browser assertions: queue lock, position 428, durable ETA, admitted-after-queue, non-discardable tab, collapsed cards, pinned side-panel footer, side-panel watch copy/delete/auto-start
  • npm audit --omit=dev and npm audit: 0 vulnerabilities
  • current-source and full-history neutrality/secret scans: pass
  • packaged ZIP smoke test: pass

The repository remains private. Visibility is intentionally left for the owner to change manually after reviewing this PR.
