Replaces hard-cut if (_showStats) switches in MongoExplorerView and RedisExplorerView with QueryaSwitchingBody(slide: Offset.zero), keeps persistent breadcrumbs bar visible, and appends a Statistics level that allows one-tap return to preceding explorer hierarchy.
