This PR updates several facets of the ActivitySim output processor and visualizer. At a high level, it:

  • Modernizes the dashboard page API, rendering helpers, and HTML export behavior, including improved selector-state handling and calculation notes.
  • Simplifies the configuration-driven processing pipeline, summary APIs, caching, and CLI workflows.
  • Expands validation and comparison capabilities, particularly for traffic, regional, and VMT reporting, and adds extensible weighting modes.
  • Improves dashboard controls, tables, plots, CSV/PNG export, and handling of unavailable data.
  • Consolidates user and contributor documentation into a comprehensive wiki, adds per-summary calculation notes, and expands automated test and CI coverage.
