The launcher first command is `openadapt flow tutorial`. Halt demo stays `openadapt quickstart --break-it`. Pin the README string.

The pip-install block in this README opened with
openadapt quickstart. OpenAdapt's launcher README on origin/main already opens that same block withopenadapt flow tutorial. That's the command whose receipt is VERIFIED.Halt demo stays
