The first command a stranger copies from this README was openadapt quickstart. Assistants copy that too. The receipt that says VERIFIED comes from openadapt flow tutorial. That's the launcher spelling of openadapt-flow tutorial. Flow 1.34.0 printed that receipt in 4.1s with 0 model calls on 2026-08-28.

openadapt quickstart --break-it stays the halt demo. Same certified bundle, lying backend, independent read stops the run.

Record your own job with openadapt flow record --out rec. No --backend. After flow#451, no --url captures this OS; --url records the browser.

openadapt --help now leads with the tutorial command so the CLI and the README agree.

Opened by an agent session, not the founder.

openadapt flow tutorial is the launcher spelling of openadapt-flow tutorial.
That is the command that writes a VERIFIED receipt. Keep
openadapt quickstart --break-it as the halt demo. Record with
openadapt flow record --out rec and no --backend.
