On the current website, when using HRM + Vim variant, when clicking on the Nav/Fn key, the Nav layer is incorrect (it's the non-vim variant that is shown).
This fixes it by keeping in memory the good nav layer to use (vim or non-vim) with a global state variable, like it's done for the Nav/Fn switch.
