[Feature]: Make Filebeat disk Type configurable

I would like the option to make the queue-type for filebeat configurable. It is a memory-queue by default, which is fine, but in some cases a disk-queue is needed or appreciated. I would like to have this as an option, it would just need a few variables.

Any opinions on this? I can and would implement this if there are no objections.
