Token metadata submission
This PR adds metadata and an icon for an experimental ERC-20 token deployed on BNB Smart Chain Mainnet.

The project page publicly displays the contract address and token information.
Important clarification
This is an experimental token created for testing subscription-payment flows and wallet integrations.
It is NOT issued by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tether Limited.
It is NOT official Tether USD (USDT).
The shared symbol "USDT" is used only for this experimental test asset, and the token name and logo explicitly identify it as a test token.
