pymake 2.0 adds -static-intel only for shared-object targets. Every ifort-built executable now links dynamically instead of statically. Binaries can fail with e.g.

error while loading shared libraries: libifcore.so.5: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

Use an old pymake until this is fixed
