Update sindri robot list to remove unknown robot

Currently, any sindri commands that utilize the entire robot list (such as sindri scan) will also return an 'unknown' robot on ip 10.0.8.22. I suggest we remove this robot entry and optionally shift the ip addresses of other robots in the list.

I think only sindri scan suffers from this because it uses a range of ip addresses instead of just grabbing the the list of robots.
IMO, the range should only be used when using the --range option, otherwise it should just pick the list of robots from the config.
