This PR updates the pre-funded “CI user” USDFC deposit amount used during the start/user setup flow so CI scenarios have sufficient balance to handle increased service pricing and cumulative lockups when scenarios share the same user.
Changes:
- Increase
USDFC_DEPOSIT_AMOUNTfrom 3 USDFC to 10 USDFC (18-decimal base units). - Update the constant’s documentation to reflect the CI lockup rationale.
