Feature Request: Document Conversion From LINQKit and EntityFrameworkCore.Projectables

Hello,

I used LINQKit extensively in a project several years ago and would appreciate a recipe on converting from that to ExpressiveSharp. At the same time, it would probably be useful to include a guide for EntityFrameworkCore.Projectables as well.

It seems easy to do so, but I am worried about runtime edge cases.
