Adds week 8 Docker study using the existing Julia controller and Python plant.
Also fixes the Docker path and Compose volume mismatches found during the end-to-end run. Both containers complete successfully and exchange data in both directions.
Ran the generated Compose study with
maxtime=5. The Julia controller and Python plant exchanged data successfully and both containers exited with code 0.
