• 오프스크린 SVG 이미지 요소들에 decoding="async" 최적화를 주석과 함께 추가했습니다.
• 히어로 이미지(LCP)는 가능한 가장 빨리 그려지도록 decoding="async"를 원복하여 동기적으로 처리되게 수정했습니다.

🎯 Why:

• 이미지 디코딩으로 인한 메인 스레드 차단을 방지하기 위함입니다. SVG는 래스터 이미지처럼 디코딩되지 않고 파싱되므로 효과가 미미하지만 미래의 이미지 포맷 변경 시를 고려한 최적화입니다. LCP 이미지에는 페인트를 지연시키는 안티패턴을 피하기 위해 제거했습니다.

📊 Impact:

• 백그라운드 스레드로 처리를 위임하여 약간의 로딩 속도 향상(향후 래스터 교체 시 더욱 뚜렷)이 예상되며, LCP는 방해받지 않습니다.
