This repo's README flags it as non-production code only or static code analysis not applicable, so it should not carry Black Duck / Checkmarx / SonarQube workflow files or SonarQube properties. Left in place, the scheduled workflows keep (re-)creating upstream projects in the scanning tools despite the code being out of scope.
