Test-only V2 hardening. Extends the existing real-adapter workflow with an Ubuntu E2E canary that runs a deterministic local OpenAI-compatible provider, creates a real V2 session, executes /loop 0s --max-runs 2, and checks two autonomous turns plus persisted state. Stable V1 runtime files are unchanged.
