This repo's convention is that deliberate divergences from the reference are found with grep ponytail:.

The implicit-step gate added in #108 is one of them — the reference warns for [5:1:0] and [0:-1:5] as well, and we deliberately do not — but it was only discoverable by reading applyRange. Now it shows up in the grep like every other divergence.

Comment-only; the wording also now says what to do if the removed second warning is ever needed again. No version bump — nothing in the built artifact changes, so there is nothing to release and no downstream pin to move.

This repo's convention is that deliberate divergences from the reference are
found with `grep ponytail:`. The implicit-step gate in applyRange is one --
the reference warns for [5:1:0] and [0:-1:5] too, and we deliberately do not
-- but it was only discoverable by reading the function.

Comment-only. No version bump: nothing in the built artifact changes.
