• Passed dashboard production build and all 55 dashboard tests.
• Verified version consistency and coverage of the release's PR references in the changelog.
• Python suite: 2,838 passed, 101 failed, 1 skipped. A focused rerun reproduced all 101 failures: 95 image pipeline tests encounter a non-serializable MagicMock in trace recording, and 6 dashboard asset resolution tests fail to capture warning logs. These failures remain unresolved.

This PR prepares release metadata only. No release tag has been pushed and no release has been published.
