Keep unmaterialized prospective rounds off the cause-board post path - #175

Cause boards already listed attested content contracts. Exclude open prospective rounds from that path so they appear only via a project-level vouch, and link the post-level content board from the cause page.
Boards skip post-attestation content-contract rows while the exclude list is unloaded or the query failed, instead of treating that as an empty exclude.

Reviewed vs origin/dev. Fail-open exclude list was fixed on this head (undefined until getProspectiveRounds succeeds; boards skip post-attestation rows until then). No remaining findings.

Cause boards already listed attested content contracts (not posts). This leftover slice excludes open / not-yet-materialized prospective rounds from that post-attestation path so they appear only via a project-level vouch, and adds an Attested posts link to the cause-scoped content board.
