Keep the role cards as the way in rather than a Start-a-cause-board CTA, and send `/welcome` to the same page.
Keep home as what you could do next. Profile lists pledges, receipts, created projects, published cause boards, signed statements, and alignment attestations, with a header icon and a home link into it.
The personal board lives on /dashboard with personal-dashboard-page, not home-dashboard-board.

Reviewed CauseStarter landing + /profile. One e2e mismatch (Fund still looking for home-dashboard-board) was fixed on the branch. Remaining: home is role cards plus pitch, /welcome redirects to /, profile is a wallet record with giving/projects/causes/statements/attestations, tests and nav/profile icon look consistent. No open findings.
