Architecture: AWS abstraction

I received the request to demonstrate if the application is designed in a ways to possibly deploy it on another cloud provider except for AWS.
Does the ENVITED-X Data Space already have an abstraction layer that would allow e.g. for the deployment on IONOS? Where would I find the place in the code and should we document this in an EVES?

The code is not hosting provider specific but the deployment is. IONOS claims to be terraform compliant but we need to estimate the migration effort. We need to check.
