Clarify that this project is only for thinkpad sensors

I just spent a bit of time trying out these packages because the scope of the project was not obvious to me.

Could we consider adding the text "Lenovo" or "Thiunkpad" to the first line of the readme?

This project now supports HP laptops as well. I just submitted PR #259 adding support for 138a:0092 (Validity VFS7552) found in the HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2.

The sensor uses the 0x1825 firmware type and works fully with enrollment, identification, and PAM authentication via the D-Bus service + open-fprintd stack.

So perhaps the README should clarify supported hardware more broadly:

• 138a:0090 — ThinkPad T480/T480s
• 138a:0092 — HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2
• 138a:0097 — ThinkPad T580, X1 Carbon 6th Gen
• 06cb:009a — ThinkPad X1 Carbon 7th, T490
