Can I check progress on this and who's currently working on it? My memories from last week's meting was that I highlighted PR #359 as prototyping some changes which involved reprogramming do files a bit (and altering other parameter estimation work flows) and it was suggested that others look at programs.do to check whether implementable. @dav-sonn you've closed #359 which I presume is an indication that the fixes are being worked on elsewhere by someone else?

Thanks, Andy. I'm still working on implementing the new do-file structure that incorporates the programs. Hope to make progress this week. Will be in touch if any issues arise.
