How to gain access to the Google Cloud bucket for fine-tuning data and pre-trained/fine-tuned models?

Hi,

I'm trying to follow the instructions at https://github.com/salesforce/CodeT5/tree/main/CodeT5#download-pretrained-and-fine-tuned-checkpoints but they're failing. Additionally, if I try to look at the Google Cloud buckets online they say I don't have storage.objects.list access to the Google Cloud Storage bucket. Is the bucket not meant to be publicly accessible? Am I doing something wrong?
