Alpine Linux RISC-V images

Hello, noticeably RISC-V (riscv64) is absent from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/docker-library/official-images/master/library/rust for alpine tags 3.21, 3.22, 3.23; however Alpine Linux has riscv64 support since 3.20+

What must be done to add these entries?

That's great! Glad to hear from more users of this. I'd submitted MCP 982 (rust-lang/rust#156191) for the required "Tier 2 with tools" status, since approved, and am self-assigned on the implementation which is in code review process currently. Next after that is rustup, and then I think the official docker images can get turned up for this target.
