Required Privacy Tick Box

My country requires new users to tick a box that they agree to the privacy statement before being able to register. A link to the statement also has to be near the tick box.

How would I implement this? Is there a built-in function that I could activate? Or maybe a plugin?

Otherwise I have it installed and running, that was a bit tricky as my server has NGINX and Apache running several domains on it.

I worked around this by using javascript to scan for the login page and then post the required notice. I received permission to not have a separate tick box if I worded the notice a certain way.

Now, even when logging out, the notice appears next to the login prompt.
