[Bug][Claude Code] MCP servers that require localhost fail

Some MCP configurations use OAuth for authorization and fail as they require localhost. You can test this on the Figma MCP server by directly adding it to the claude settings or using this command:

claude mcp add figma https://mcp.figma.com/mcp --transport http
