ble_gap_rd_rem_ver_tx not used when some roles are not compiled.

Hi,

I'm compiling with
-D CONFIG_BT_NIMBLE_ROLE_CENTRAL=0
-D CONFIG_BT_NIMBLE_ROLE_PERIPHERAL=0
-D CONFIG_BT_NIMBLE_ROLE_BROADCASTER=0
-D CONFIG_BT_NIMBLE_LOG_LEVEL=5
-D CONFIG_NIMBLE_CPP_LOG_LEVEL=0
to reduce the binary size as much as possible.

I get this warning :

The warning is harmless as the scanning feature works. However, a clean compilation would be better?
