+This repository owns its Solid binding and package-local work. GraphReFly engine, protocol and
+cross-project authority remain in `~/src/graphrefly-ts` and `~/src/graphrefly`; do not duplicate them
+here.

+live/provider/spend authorization, retry, or stalled-work recovery, load and follow the personal
+`$project-governance` skill at `~/.codex/skills/project-governance/SKILL.md`. This is a
