License mismatch in COCO files.

Hi there, and thank you for making this dataset open source!

I noticed that on the News section of this repo and on the hugginface repo, it is stated that the license for the dataset is apache-2.0, however in the COCO format json files the following can be found under the "licenses" key:

  'url': 'https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/'}]

If there are updates to the dataset at some point, it would be better to update this to the appropriate value to avoid confusion with legal matters.
