Using Claude, my token had expired but there was no warning in the UI to alert me that I needed to re-authorise. My jobs just started failing with an error suggesting OAuth stopped working which led me to find that my token had expired.
Ideally, users should be visually alerted that their harness has disconnected (when I went to my settings, it still showed as connected) and prompted to re-connect.
