Make validation functionality accessible separately from updating

I have a feature suggestion that I've discussed with @jspaaks in the past.

IMHO it would be helpful for users to be able to access the validation functionality that cffinit offers in Update already as a separate pathway. AFAICT this would need mainly some addition/additions in the UI, as recombination of existing functionality.

Here is what I think this could look like:

1. Landing page offers a separate entry point "Validate":

2. When user clicks this, they are taken to a page similar to the first page in "Update", i.e.:

On this page, they can paste the existing CFF string, then click "Validate" to proceed, validation results are shown on the same page, as with the "Parse" functionality in the "Update" pathway.
