Require informationalUrl to Describe the Specific Watermark #71

Description

@mrappard

For entries in softbinding-algorithm-list.json that describe a watermarking algorithm, entryMetadata.informationalUrl should point to documentation specifically describing that watermark.

The referenced documentation should provide enough information for an implementer or reviewer to understand what the watermark is and how it is represented.

At a minimum, the documentation MUST include:

Name — The name of the watermark or watermarking scheme.
Format — A description of the watermark's format or representation.
General description — A high-level description of how the watermark works and its intended purpose.

The informationalUrl should therefore not point only to a vendor homepage, general product page, or unrelated documentation. It should resolve to information specifically concerning the watermark identified by the registry entry.

Proposed Requirement

For watermark entries, entryMetadata.informationalUrl MUST reference documentation specific to the watermark described by the entry. The referenced documentation MUST identify the watermark by name, describe its format, and provide a general description of the watermark and its operation.
