Python version of protein Line Notation converter
This is a stand-alone version of calling prosite and finding the protein modifications. More functionalities will be added so that the user can see the results in the localhost, port 5000. To make the code portable, the instruction for using the code in the virtual environment via reqirements.txt will be added soon.
Just change the input files in the input/input.txt Run the main.py in the project directory. The results will be saved in the output/motif_output.txt.
