When send is set to Enter, there is no need for the send button.

Since the send button occupies space, it would be good to give the user the choice of hiding it.
- 'Schedule Send' can have its toggle too.

since there are multiple planned Editor bar toggles, you can reconsider the UI and move away from toggles to instead incorporate hiding and reordering elements in one interface. For example by adding them all in the ui you see bellow, and including an eye icon on the far right, next to the reordering icon, for hiding.
