Midis Wont Work

Will NOT open files for midi

**Platform**
Windows 11

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to File
2. Click on 'Import From Midi'
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
It Opening My File Browser (Microsoft File Explorer)
