List and pin tasks in a program submenu

I must be missing some setting because I had this working before last Windows reinstall

I'm pretty sure I had a list of "last opened" folders/projects in the VSCode submenu. Now I only have "New Window".

Make sure you have jump-lists enabled in Windows settings -> Personalization -> Start:
