There is currently almost no IAccessible support in the LCL - https://gitlab.com/freepascal.org/lazarus/lazarus/-/work_items/42543 - and your code is clearly the most advanced and maintained in the matter.
Would you need some help? The company I work for could sponsor this Lazarus work.
