names fail to populate in "RERUN Apps Win32 (Run as admin)"

When i run "RERUN Apps Win32 (Run as admin)" the app names column is blank except for one app.

in the console i see the following output:

I have the issue of app names not populating either. Turns out, there are no app log lines in the IntuneManagementExtension.log file ("There is no data related processing of Win32App. Trying next log."), so it can't find app info with the app names. So all the apps in the list have IDs, but no names.
