Omnipod dash critical pod fault within 1 and 9 hours before changing

Describe the bug
Every omnipod dash pump over the last 3 months have shown critical error. Between the last 1 and 6 hours of the pump, when delivering a meal bolus it will produce a screamer and will need changing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Pump within 10 hours left. Go to either add meal and the recommended bolus or if sugars are high do the correction bolus add advised.
2. pump Delivers about 0.05-0.10 units before failing.

Expected behavior
Pump to deliver full bolus
