I was reviewing the settings and noticed that the two options, Key borders and Narrow key gap, are tied together, and Narrow key gap only appears when Key borders is enabled.
However, these two options are independent and can be configured separately.
I think the condition for showing Narrow key gap based on Key borders being enabled should be removed, and Narrow key gap should be made independent. This is because Key borders only adds a background around each key, while Narrow key gap adjusts the spacing between the keys. So these two settings are independent of each other, and Narrow key gap should not depend on Key borders.
