Automatic deletion of subtitle and thumbnail files

It would be nice if after the specified amount of time to keep a video, the thumbnail and subtitle files were deleted as well. Currently it looks like this for me after about a month of running the app:

Hmm, excluding subtitles this should already be happening, could you test using the latest version and see what it does?
