Checkered background in main viewport

Hey everyone,

A traditional checkered background is used everywhere (layers, color swatches, etc.) except where it matters most, the main viewport area, "artboard". What am I missing ?

Yes, good point. That should be shown when an artboard is given a transparent background. Thanks for pointing out that oversight.
