Revise ResultDispatcher Events

Which part of the documentation are you referring to

• "These topics are dispatched in the current execution order. For example the campaigns are dispatched before the asn, but it is not recommended to rely on this order." From reading the source code the described order is not satisfied. We should correct the order or just remove this hint.
• the following events are missing (by purpose?)
  • "campaign" (there is mentioned "campaigns - special", what is not very informative for me. It should be specified somewhere what this means)
  • "shoppingCartCampaign"
  • "pageCampaigns"
  • "tagCloud"
  • "recommendation"
  • "compare"
