tab completion of bookmark names when running

How can I implement tab completions?????

As far as I know, this is terminal-dependent. The only example I know of is from pass. They have to provide a bunch of scripts:

and then you need to edit e.g. ~/.bashrc to add something like

    if [ -f ~/.pass.bash-completion ]; then
        . ~/.pass.bash-completion
    fi

However, that trick is not needed anymore, so they probably changed something / found a better way of doing it.

There is some tutorial there, but again this is "script-inspired". I don't know if there is a canonical Haskell-way of doing that.

I have a way to do it, but you have to parse everything from the terminal even control codes. I know, w.r.t. Haskell, optparse-applicative can handle it all for you. So I'm switching to it for option parsing so I don't have to write a low-level library 😆
